Communication with the physician is key to patient progress. Your referring provider will receive progress notes as well as the initial exam and any additional reports as needed.
We accept most major insurances, Medicare , cash patients and most workman’s compensation. If we are not in a network, we will attempt to become in network for the patients behalf.
An affordable and flexible payment plan is offered to allow ease with financial restrictions.
Our unique monthly payment plan allows those patients with high deductibles/ co pays an easy and flexible avenue to receive therapy at the time they need it, without lapse of treatment.
We offer early, late and lunchtime appointments to allow for flexibility in a patients busy schedule.
